Wouldn’t it be refreshing if you could focus on choosing the best foods to increase your energy levels and effectiveness rather than focusing on your weight? Would a burden be lifted if you could distinguish the “hype” from “help,” enjoy delicious meals and get out of the guilt pit once and for all?
