Client Savings
An external evaluation to determine and document the cost benefit and employee perceived benefits of my companys services was performed simultaneously by two independent evaluators. The evaluation focused on the benefits of Body Incorporated services for a public agency with approximately 16,000 employees who engaged Body Incorporated to provide a comprehensive health, safety and injury management program for their employees. One evaluator focused exclusively on reductions of the actual cost of workers compensation claims by documenting a decrease in their frequency and severity as a result of Body Incorporateds programs. The other surveyed employees who actually received services or participated in Body Incorporated programs.
Independent Consumer Perception Evaluation Study
The goals of Body Incorporateds program were to decrease costs associated with workers compensation by reducing frequency and severity, decreasing lost work time and reducing the potential for re-injury and to increase employee morale. Employee response to this survey was over 95%.
The evaluation showed that Body Incorporateds program resulted in a mid range cost savings of $2,000,000.00 for a one year time frame.
